New grant guidelines as of April 2022 – applications accepted year round
Community Building Spaces grants and Children, Youth and Families grants are now housed under the Good Neighbor grant program
Community buy-in is an important consideration
Not necessary to talk to a program officer beforehand but feel free to reach out to Yvette and/or Levi Williams (lwilliams@tfff.org)
Large Good Neighbor:
>$25k for programming, >$50k for capital
Need to align with focus areas (family, education, community)
Can request up to 1/3 of total project amount, typically not to exceed $250k, need to have 50% raised/committed prior to applying

Small Good Neighbor:
Focus areas are more flexible – now more open to social services/basic needs grant applications
<$25k for programming, <$50k for capital
Minimum funding raised/committed is more flexible

Zachary Richard (Zachary.A.Richard@dhsoha.state.or.us, ODHS) – SNAP emergency allotments coming to an end (tdb, currently approved through May 2022).
Joe MacNeille (Oregon Law Center, jmacneille@oregonlawcenter.org) – Hiring for administrative support.
