What an amazing day! 165 volunteers completed yard work projects for 60 senior and disabled household’s during our 8th Annual Day of Caring!

Thank you to our planning team, Pam Cottrell, Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, Viki Brugnoli, Umpqua Bank, Linda Kennedy, NW Natural, Marcie Kennedy, Comcast Spotlight, Bryan Darling, Darling Lawn Service, and Kyle Daniels, Clean Cut Landscape Maintenance;

To our sponsors, NW Natural, Farr’s Hardware, Knife River Materials, Umpqua Bank, Comcast Spotlight;

To our pickup crews from the National Guard, Habitat for Humanity & Thomas & Sons Distributors;

And last but not least all the community organizations, businesses and individuals who came out on this drizzly day to volunteer and help our neighbors. Your committment, dedication and endless energy made this event a HUGE success! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
