United Way of Southwestern Oregon is 55 years strong!
September 1 starts our 55th Anniversary campaign and this year we will kick off our campaign at the North Bend High School home game half time on Friday, September 16th. This is the time when we come together to raise funds for our partner agencies who make a difference every day for people in need and living within communities on the South Coast of Oregon. Our goal is to raise $200,000 to meet the financial needs of our 21 member agencies—agencies like The Kid’s HOPE Center, which provides child abuse intervention services to local children and awareness training to our community each year. That money comes from donations from people within our community and are distributed to our partner agencies applying each year for support.
